These lifestyle images were taken for a publication that I created focusing on recreating past stories of my grandmas childhood and to bring the text to life through imagery. The publication focused on her past hobbies when she was a young girl, and one of them being horse riding. The below images were captured and edited to highlight the raw strength and natural beauty of horses and communicate how many of my grandmas hobbies were outside when she was a young girl. There is a significant difference in how teens and young adults spent their time back then compared to now, and the publication aims to share light in how past demographics would have fun before technology, and hopefully inspire young readers to start up similar hobbies.
